Job Summary
Oversee a multi-million-dollar property by managing leasing, resident relations, marketing, maintenance, and team development. Drive sales, ensure performance metrics, and lead the team to success while maintaining strong communication and independent work capabilities. This role requires 2-3 years of management experience in multi-family properties, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM, and strong verbal/written communication skills.
