Community Manager - 81/128

Oversee daily community operations including budgeting, rent collection, vendor management, and ensuring property standards and curb appeal. Drive occupancy through marketing, leasing, and home sales activities by managing the full prospect lifecycle from lead follow-up to closing, while tracking pipeline activity and adjusting strategies to meet goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for residents to address concerns, resolve issues, and promote a positive environment. Lead and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians and Assistant Community Managers by hiring, training, setting expectations, and holding them accountable for performance. Ensure property compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations while coordinating maintenance staff and overseeing capital projects within budget. Monitor key performance indicators such as occupancy, revenue, delinquency, and expense performance to support revenue growth and overall community success.
