Job Summary
Community Manager sought to oversee day-to-day operations of a 300-500 unit multifamily community, including financial, administrative, sales, marketing, and maintenance activities. Responsibilities include inspecting property to ensure safety and compliance, developing and executing marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals, maintaining resident satisfaction through timely responses and issue resolution, coordinating repairs and maintenance, overseeing preventative maintenance programs, and partnering with the Regional Manager on operating budgets and financial processes. The role requires leadership of property staff, capability to analyze market trends, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and deliver professional customer service while upholding BH standards.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of property management experience managing 300-500 units in one community
- High School or GED Required; some college preferred
- State leasing license or ability to obtain required license(s) within the timeframe required by law
- Advanced MS Office Word/Excel and computer technology skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior leadership experience required
