Community Manager - 4230 Fairway Coyote Ridge

Lead and motivate staff to meet daily, weekly, and monthly property goals through coaching and clear performance expectations. Manage leasing operations by setting weekly specials, breaking monthly targets into actionable goals, overseeing activity, and personally leasing units as needed. Resolve resident issues promptly and professionally while overseeing property operations including budgeting, expense approvals, property inspections, staff scheduling, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Direct marketing and communication by guiding local marketing efforts with corporate partners and producing clear community-wide resident updates. Maintain professional service standards through consistent communication, calm handling of complaints, and adherence to uniform guidelines. Requires 3-5 years of property management experience, a valid driver's license, and a background in multi-family operations. Compensation is $75,000 with comprehensive benefits including PTO, paid holidays, medical coverage, and a 401k match.
