Job Summary
Social Media & Community Manager for Brick Me (Philippines-based), engaged as an Independent Contractor with full-time alignment to AU business hours. Own end-to-end social presence, community conversations, influencer collaborations, and digital PR to showcase the Brick Me brand across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, and owned channels. Responsibilities include building content strategy and calendars, writing copy, managing comments/DMs, negotiating collaborations, curating UGC, briefing designers, and pitching to publications. Requires 5+ years in consumer-brand social/community management, hands-on multi-platform experience, strong English writing, influencer outreach and digital PR track record, strategic yet execution-minded mindset, independence, and passion for brand-building. Must have 70% overlap with Australian time zones; immediate start; long-term relationship approach. 100% remote engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience managing social and community for consumer brands
- Experience with Reddit
- Hands-on experience running Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest
- Excellent written English — strong communication skills as the voice of the brand
- Proven track record in influencer outreach and digital PR
- Strategic thinker who can also execute effectively
- Self-starter who works independently and brings proactive ideas
- Passionate about brand-building (bonus if into design, craft, gifting, or personalised products)
- Timezone overlap with Australian time zone (70% overlap)
