Job Summary
Support day-to-day operations of Jackson Park, a premier residential community in Long Island City, by serving as the key point of contact for residents, vendors, and internal partners. Manage vendor proposals, invoices, and Accounts Payable workflows while maintaining storage logs, managing office supplies, and overseeing pet registrations and key replacements. Handle resident inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, coordinate special events, and maintain occupancy and vacancy reports. Independently manage the front desk workflow and office traffic during weekend shifts, assisting with leasing processes and community management SOPs. Act as backup for Leasing Coordinators and drive consistent execution of community standards to deliver an exceptional resident experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2–4 years of experience in residential property management, hospitality, customer service, or a related administrative role
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to support cross-functional initiatives, coordinate resident events, and adapt to changing business priorities, including weekend coverage as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with accounts payable processes, vendor coordination, resident communications, and basic property management accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams)
- Experience with Yardi, BuildingLink, or other property management systems
- Demonstrated ability to leverage emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven tools, to improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation
