Community Maintenance Technician I

Community Maintenance Technician I at Inframark responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing property assets across multiple disciplines (mechanical, carpentry, painting, masonry). Tasks include responding to maintenance reports, pressure washing sidewalks and signs, installing/repairing signs and curbs, maintaining work-order records via iPad, and assisting with routine equipment maintenance. Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, and participate in on-call coverage. Requires strong communication, problem solving, attention to detail, ability to use tools, and basic knowledge of water/wastewater operations; a valid driver’s license is required (Class B CDL preferred).
