Job Summary
Maintain community landscaping by mowing lawns, removing debris, and ensuring curb appeal while performing basic plumbing, appliance installation, and minor electrical repairs. Clean homes and RV spaces for turnover, manage common areas, and operate power tools safely in all weather conditions. Assist with loading trucks, submit expense reports, and respond to emergency calls outside standard hours. Engage regularly with residents and vendors to maintain positive relationships. Requires 2+ years of maintenance experience and a 40-hour workweek. Monte Christo Communities offers a quarterly bonus, PTO, and 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of maintenance experience
- Operational Expertise – Demonstrates a strong understanding of property operations, compliance, and customer service. Works independently with sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication & Relationship Building – Communicates clearly and tactfully, both verbally and in writing. Builds trust and positive rapport with residents, peers, and vendors while approaching problem-solving with professionalism and empathy.
