Job Summary
Lead a Community Living team delivering person-centered services for clients and their families. Responsibilities include staff supervision and scheduling, conducting weekly staff meetings, developing and implementing service plans, providing initial client orientation and ongoing training, coordinating assessments of client skills, ensuring individuals' physical and mental health needs are met, promoting positive communication among staff and with the community, and covering extra shifts as needed. Requires ability to assist with indoor/outdoor maintenance, a compassionate and energetic approach, and a valid driver's license. Bachelor's degree in Human Services or equivalent experience preferred; willingness to work day/evening hours and every other weekend; hourly pay range $17.80-$22.80 with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS degree in Human Services field and/or 2 years' experience in Human Services are preferred.
