Job Summary
Lead a Community Living program in Orange City by developing client-centered daily living routines, schedules, and staff supervision. Responsible for staff meetings, program reporting, and coordinating assessments and training to support individuals’ skills and health needs. The role includes on-site supervision, safety promotion, maintaining home and property, and on-call coverage for concerns and emergencies; requires compassion, patience, and a warm, engaging approach to clients and families. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong computer skills, a valid driver's license, background checks clearance, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
Required Qualifications
