Job Summary
Develop schedules, supervise staff performance, and assist in developing person-centered services that maximize each client's choice and ability in daily routines. Coordinate client assessments, arrange necessary health appointments, and ensure the home and property are maintained in good repair. Provide support and training aligned with service plans while promoting positive communication with team members and the community. Review staff expenses, complete monthly through annual reports, and follow all safety procedures. On call for emergencies and available to cover extra shifts, early starts, or late ends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer literate or have basic knowledge computer skills
- Ability to make sound decisions in all staff and programming matters
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a health assessment at time of hire
- Clearance from all applicable background checks as required by service standards
- Reliable Transportation
- Provide proof of state minimum automobile insurance coverage
