Community Living Lead - Le Mars

Develop schedules, supervise staff performance, and implement person-centered services while ensuring client safety and arranging necessary health appointments. Assist in developing environments that maximize client choice, review staff expenses, and coordinate initial client orientations and skill assessments. Provide support and training based on service plans, promote positive communication with team members and the community, and respond to emergencies via on-call rotation. Cover extra shifts as needed, maintain property standards, and complete required monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. This role guides the lifeblood of our disability services, fostering a warm, engaging learning environment for children, adults, and families across physical, mental, and intellectual needs.
