Job Summary
Conduct bi-monthly in-person home visits to provide support and ensure the quality of shared living services for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Oversee Direct Support Professionals, collaborate with individuals, families, and professionals to develop individualized support plans, and advocate for their needs by connecting them with community resources. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance while motivating the DSP team to deliver exceptional care. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and one year of experience in the IDD population or social service setting. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- One year of experience working with the IDD population or in a similar social service or healthcare setting
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- The ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies
