Community Life Senior Manager

Develop and implement the Community Success Plan for two affordable housing properties and a food pantry, overseeing site operations and resident referrals. Supervise up to three Service Coordinators, interns, and volunteers to ensure accountability for programs and grant deliverables. Manage strategic partnerships with local service providers, hospitals, and universities focused on housing stability, youth development, and economic mobility. Coordinate biennial resident questionnaires, provide move-in orientations, and ensure accurate data entry into the CL Connect database. Handle administrative tasks including contract MOUs, petty cash reconciliation, and budget management. Fluently communicate in English and Spanish while prioritizing tasks and collaborating with corporate support and regional colleagues.
