Job Summary
Plan and execute a well-rounded, refined program that gives residents the opportunity to continue to thrive, supporting a wellness-centered approach. Prepare and implement activities, preferably in Memory Care & Assisted Living settings, while developing meaningful relationships with our residents. Work weekends and holidays as part of the Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon, 9 am to 4 pm schedule. This role is for a passionate individual with two years of experience in resident programming who wants to make a positive impact at a premier retirement community.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience preparing and implementing activities, preferably in Memory Care & Assisted Living settings
- Able to work weekends and holidays
- Passion for seniors
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in therapeutic recreation or related field a plus
- experience in resident programming preferred
