Job Summary
Analyze the potential of the service area to determine target markets by visiting doctor offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities to present agency credentials and obtain patient referrals. Complete an analysis of the company's organization, product line, past marketing data, and patient relationships. Develop sales and marketing objectives, projections, and a prioritized plan with a reasonable timetable, then implement it while staying within established schedules. Review and evaluate all analyses and plans on an established basis. Attend IDG meetings as appropriate and assist office staff with updates. Provide community outreach and education to promote House Call and Hospice services. Full-time role with a base salary of $50,000 - $95,000 plus bonuses, located in Winchester and Front Royal, VA.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order
