Job Summary
Go door-to-door to build partnerships with senior centers, physician offices, faith organizations, and housing authorities in Philadelphia County. Establish regular meetings with community groups to learn their needs, align offerings, and create direct referral channels for Wider Circle's services. Plan and lead engagement activities while presenting our programs at partner gatherings. Meet individuals in the community to help them sign up for services and identify adults who could benefit from our offerings. Hit a weekly target of organization visits, maintain clean same-day records, and represent our brand consistently. Bring field intelligence back to the team weekly. Based in Philadelphia County with reliable transportation, this role requires a hunter mentality and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Based in Philadelphia County
- Reliable transportation for daily travel between community sites
- Strong knowledge of the Philadelphia community
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Sales experience in healthcare (Medicare/Medicaid, home health, managed care, or similar)
- Existing relationships with senior centers, physician offices, or community organizations in the Philadelphia area
- Comfort with CRM and navigating Google Suite to document work in spreadsheets
- Confidence using technology to attend virtual meetings
- Ability to maintain conversation with colleagues across internal communication channels such as Google Chat or Slack
