Job Summary
Community Liaison role focusing on acting as the bridge between the Agency and the community to address community and customer needs. Responsibilities include developing and promoting programs and services, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards of practice, and fostering productive relationships with staff, the Board of Directors, the Medical Director, physicians, and community agencies. The position involves public relations activities, policy development, collaboration with administrative and supervisory personnel, and occasional travel locally. Requires the ability to travel, work under flexible schedules, and manage stressful situations calmly to meet agency needs.
