Community Liaison

Provide education about Hospice services to physicians, social workers, discharge planners, insurance companies, case managers, and potential patients. Assist with referrals and the admission process while conducting in-services, direct face-to-face sales calls, and representing the facility in community-related activities and marketing events. This Full-Time role in Houston, TX requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals and families.
