Community Liaison

Community Liaison to conduct a minimum of 100 in-person meetings per month with referral sources (pediatricians, schools, OT/Speech providers, hospitals, employers, and community organizations); perform regular drops to distribute branded materials and promote Mindcolor’s mission; identify and qualify new referral opportunities; assist in hosting/attending community marketing events; maintain a comprehensive list of referral sources and outreach activities using Google Sheets or CRM; provide updates on meeting quotas, lead quality, and community feedback to the Director of Growth and Partnerships; collaborate with Marketing to align materials with Mindcolor’s scope of services; foster relationships with OT/Speech for holistic care; assist Center Directors in existing regions with localized community outreach.
