Job Summary
Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and healthcare partners through regular outreach visits to grow awareness and trust. Drive referral growth and support census expansion goals by educating healthcare professionals and families about hospice services and philosophy. Guide patients and families through initial hospice conversations with empathy and clarity while strengthening provider networks and supporting community engagement efforts. Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM in the Mesa, AZ East Mesa Territory. This role supports the hospice sales team in expanding end-of-life care options within the local healthcare community.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare sales/marketing experience required
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance required
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent relevant experience)
- Hospice or palliative care experience strongly preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to work with clinical and administrative healthcare staff
- Prior clinical experience is a plus
