Community Liaison – Hospice & Palliative Care - Full-Time

Job Summary
Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community organizations to expand referral networks for hospice and palliative care programs. Represent services through community outreach and educational presentations while developing territory growth strategies and meeting productivity goals. Analyze market trends, track activity in Salesforce, and collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives. Serve as a trusted resource to partners, ensuring compliance with healthcare marketing regulations and promoting patient-centered care. This field-based role involves regular travel throughout the DFW Metroplex territory, visiting healthcare facilities and physician offices. Candidates must possess a valid Texas driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto liability insurance.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of healthcare sales experience
- Proven success in relationship-based sales and territory development
- Self-motivated, organized, goal-oriented with excellent communication & presentation skills
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platform
- Independent field-based work with professionalism and emotional intelligence
- Ability to pass a criminal background and reference check
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Current auto liability insurance
- Ability to balance sitting, driving, standing, and field work
- Manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Build strong community relationships
- Remain composed, professional & approachable in high-pressure situations
