Community Liaison – Hospice & Palliative Care - Full-Time

Job Summary

Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community organizations to expand referral networks for hospice and palliative care programs. Represent services through community outreach and educational presentations while developing territory growth strategies to meet referral and productivity goals. Analyze market trends, track activity in Salesforce, and collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and palliative care expansion. Ensure compliance with healthcare marketing regulations and serve as a trusted resource to referral partners. This field-based role requires regular travel throughout the DFW Metroplex, visiting healthcare facilities and physician offices, and involves a flexible schedule with independent driving.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of healthcare sales experience
  • Proven success in relationship-based sales and territory development
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platform
  • Valid Texas driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Current auto liability insurance
  • Ability to pass a criminal background and reference check

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Hospice experience
  • Self-motivated, organized, goal-oriented with excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Independent field-based work with professionalism and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to balance sitting, driving, standing, and field work
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build strong community relationships
