Job Summary
Visit hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities to promote hospice services and build relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partners. Attend community events to raise awareness, educate families and professionals on hospice benefits, and track outreach activity in our CRM. Use market insights to plan outreach efforts, work with the care team to ensure smooth patient referrals, and complete reports and documentation on time. Maintain a full-time schedule in New Braunfels, TX, while following all healthcare regulations and staying current on care through training.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years health care marketing experience
- Current and valid state driver's license
- Proof of auto insurance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literacy and knowledge of relevant healthcare and administrative software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work closely and professionally with others at all levels of the organization and communities that we serve
- Demonstrates the highest degree of customer service and professionalism
