Job Summary
Visit hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities to promote hospice services and build relationships with healthcare professionals. Attend community events to raise awareness, educate families on benefits, and manage outreach activity in the CRM using market insights to improve efforts. Work with the care team to ensure smooth patient referrals, complete documentation and reports on time, and stay current on care through training while following all healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years health care marketing experience
- Current and valid state driver's license
- Proof of auto insurance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literacy and knowledge of relevant healthcare and administrative software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work closely and professionally with others at all levels of the organization and communities that we serve
- Demonstrates the highest degree of customer service and professionalism
