Job Summary
Community Liaison position focused on developing and implementing Business Development plans for the facility through market research, market analysis, and development of business plans. Responsibilities include assisting in annual market planning, creating and evaluating business development initiatives, collaborating with departments, monitoring effectiveness of plans, and representing the facility with business leaders, physicians, the community, and the media. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and adherence to safety and quality standards; preferred Bachelor’s in Business Development or Marketing and experience in healthcare/behavioral health marketing. Must maintain HIPAA/privacy compliance and support fiscal responsibility.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to two years in healthcare and/or medical industry
