Job Summary
Partner and build relationships with community-based providers to implement initiatives in designated communities. Serve as a resource to civic and social services organizations to ensure program availability for target populations. Identify community resources to educate customers on workforce development services and collect labor market data. Proactively build social media channels and drive digital presence through various platforms. Initiate and manage SMS messaging campaigns while maintaining partnerships with potential referral sources. Use workforce resources efficiently to meet performance measures and perform other related duties as assigned. Requires valid driver's license, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and ability to work in an office environment with occasional driving and travel.
Required Qualifications
