Job Summary
Manage all incoming inquiries, tours, and move-ins using the Welcome Home CRM, ensuring accurate activity logging and disciplined follow-up to drive private pay occupancy. Conduct discovery-based tours that connect family motivations to Greenleaf's offerings and maintain local referral relationships with elder law attorneys, geriatric care managers, and financial advisors. Track funnel metrics including lead-to-tour and deposit-to-move-in conversion while partnering with the Executive Director on closing efforts and move-out risk management. Represent Greenleaf Senior Living professionally through local outreach events and networking activities. This role requires a strong background in private pay sales and knowledge of CalAIM and ALW programs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of senior living, healthcare, or related sales experience
- Proven ability to manage a full sales funnel and meet monthly move-in goals
- Strong relationship-building skills with referral sources, families, and internal community leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Welcome Home preferred)
Desired Qualifications
- demonstrated private pay sales success
- working knowledge of the skilled nursing system, including discharge planning and placement processes
- familiarity with CalAIM and the Assisted Living Waiver (ALW) program, including eligibility basics and how these payer sources interact with private pay sales strategy
- Bachelor's degree
