Community Liaison

Job Summary
Community Liaison works under the Community Coordinator to implement, coordinate, and sustain community engagement activities in assigned communities. Builds trust-based relationships with individuals, families, and local leaders; attends community events to foster collaboration; identifies and documents available supports related to child and family well-being; supports advocacy for additional services; shares observations with the Community Lead to inform planning; serves as a liaison between community members and service providers; facilitates connections to strengthen natural support systems; supports meetings and partnerships to bolster community networks; requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and strong interpersonal/communication skills; home-based environment with a Mon–Fri schedule (7:00 am–8:00 pm) and frequent travel using a personal vehicle with valid Texas driver license and auto insurance; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Community Development, Public Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
