Job Summary

Conduct supportive counseling, targeted case management, behavior management, and crisis intervention for youth and families. Coordinate wraparound plan meetings and develop individualized service plans tailored to each client's needs. Complete CANS assessments, screeners, and all required documentation while adhering to confidentiality and risk management policies. Collaborate with clinical supervisors, treatment teams, and community agencies to access supports and advocate for youth in meetings such as MDTs and IEPs. Maintain appropriate caseloads and meet weekly service hours for both traditional and CSEDW clients.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related behavioral health services field
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience or equivalent school/community service experience with at-risk youth/families
  • Knowledge of and experience in trauma-focused treatment
  • Experience in child development
  • Ability to travel with own vehicle
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Possess insurance statement
  • Current certifications for all core trainings (ex. CPR, CPI, and First Aid)
