Community Liaison

Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and community organizations by conducting regular visits to skilled nursing facilities and physician offices. Represent Comfort Keepers at networking events and health fairs while developing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and referrals. Follow up with partners and prospective clients, assist with new client admissions, and conduct routine in-home check-in visits to monitor satisfaction. Track outreach efforts, participate in after-hours on-call rotation, and support caregiver recruiting through job fairs and new hire orientations. This role requires reliable transportation, willingness to travel throughout Southwest Colorado and Northwest New Mexico in all weather conditions, and experience in sales or community outreach.
