Community Liaison

Provide education about Hospice services to physicians, social workers, discharge planners, insurance companies, case managers, and potential patients or families. Assist with referrals and the admission process. Conduct in-services, direct face-to-face sales calls, and represent the facility in community-related activities and marketing events. This role supports St. Joseph Hospice's mission to make a difference in the lives of others through direct community engagement and patient education.
