Community Liaison , Business Development Representative, Recruiter

Community Liaison, Business Development Representative, and Recruiter responsible for developing and maintaining referral sources, generating and closing leads, conducting outreach (cold calling and networking), planning and attending community events, and managing their own schedule and territory. Must excel at relationship-building, networking, time management, and public communication; comfortable with a competitive, results-driven environment and a base salary plus commission/bonus structure with ongoing coaching and development opportunities. Located in Rockville, MD with full-time, in-person responsibilities in a fast-paced health-care–oriented setting.
