Job Summary
Part-time Community Liaison & Business Development Representative in Apple Valley, MN area. Build partnerships with senior-focused businesses (senior living communities, senior centers, realtors, estate attorneys), Represent Caring Transitions through branded materials, presentations, events, and social media; manage relationships with referral partners, attend senior expos and fairs, present educational seminars, and participate in community events; lead qualification via phone, email, and in-person outreach; connect clients with customizable service offerings. Ideal for semi-retired professionals with sales/relationship-management background seeking flexible, part-time work with travel within a defined Minnesota territory (Burnsville, Apple Valley, Rosemount, Farmington, Hastings, Cannon Falls, Northfield). Starting pay $20+ per hour based on experience, with performance-based bonus/commission potential and mileage/vehicle stipend; flexible schedule and 401K benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or relationship management or equivalent experience in a senior-focused industry
- Familiarity with multiple sales techniques, including cold outreach
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage your own schedule independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and willingness to learn CRM platform
- Reliable transportation, smartphone, and comfort driving throughout the territory (Burnsville, Apple Valley, Rosemount, Farmington, Hastings, Cannon Falls, Northfield)
