Job Summary
Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians, healthcare partners, hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, and social workers to strengthen collaboration and drive referral growth. Conduct regular outreach to position hospice services as the provider of choice across the Duval service area, while leading initial conversations with patients and families to explain services and facilitate consent. Serve as a compassionate advocate for hospice care by building trust-based connections that support census growth goals. This role requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits. Hospice of Florida offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare
- Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Hospice/palliative marketing experience
- Prior clinical experience
