Job Summary
Establish and nurture relationships with physicians, healthcare partners, and referral sources to strengthen collaboration within the medical community. Conduct regular outreach and intentional visits with hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, and social workers to drive referral growth and position hospice as the provider of choice. Lead initial conversations with patients and families during critical moments, clearly explaining services and facilitating consent with empathy. Drive census growth by increasing awareness of specialized services across Southern Ocean County while serving as a compassionate representative of the team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare required
- Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Hospice/palliative marketing experience strongly preferred
- Prior clinical experience is a plus
