Job Summary
Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians, healthcare partners, hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, and social workers to strengthen collaboration and drive referral growth. Serve as a compassionate advocate for hospice services by conducting regular outreach and leading initial conversations with patients and families to explain services and facilitate consent. Position Brookhaven Hospice as the preferred provider across Hampden and Hampshire counties while exceeding census goals through intentional visits and community engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare required
- Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Hospice/palliative marketing experience strongly preferred
- Prior clinical experience is a plus
