Job Summary
Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians, healthcare partners, hospital discharge planners, and skilled nursing facilities to strengthen collaboration and drive referral growth. Serve as a compassionate advocate for hospice services by conducting regular outreach and leading initial conversations with patients and families to explain care options and facilitate consent. Position Altus Hospice as the provider of choice across the Georgetown territory to exceed census goals while building trust-based connections with referring sources. Requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare
- Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Hospice/palliative marketing experience
- Prior clinical experience
