Job Summary
Community Liaison to build and maintain relationships with referral sources within hospitals, clinics, and facilities in the Tyler, TX area. Focuses on developing key referral source relationships, meeting sales metrics, making daily calls, utilizing market analysis for new opportunities, and delivering in-service/educational presentations about Heritage Home Health and Hospice. Requires strong relationship-building, communication skills, ability to work independently, familiarity with referral development and territory management, and a customer-service orientation to support patients and families in the local healthcare community.
Required Qualifications
- Healthcare sales experience preferred (Home Health, Hospice, SNF, or related healthcare field)
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Knowledge of referral development and territory management preferred
- Compassion for patients and families
