Community Leasing Specialist

The Community Leasing Specialist is the first point of contact with potential residents, providing general property information and outstanding customer service while securing lease agreements from qualified prospects. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, giving tours of market-ready units, preparing lease forms and collecting deposits, maintaining resident relations, updating informational materials, conducting competitive market shopping, handling online marketing and leads, and supporting resident retention under the Community Manager. Experience in property leasing, strong follow-up via email and phone, and bilingual English/Spanish communication are required; experience with ResMan and I Love Leasing, plus marketing experience, are preferred. The role is based in San Antonio, TX with in-person work obligations.
