Job Summary
Leads leasing operations for a multi-family property by marketing, showing, and leasing apartments; conducts site tours, responds to applicants and residents, develops and implements marketing campaigns to generate activity, maintains accurate vacancy and renewal data, processes lease documents, and coordinates move-ins/move-outs while ensuring compliance with housing regulations and delivering strong customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Graduate or GED; Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or Technical School preferred
- Experience/Specialized Knowledge: Sales and Customer Service
- Property Management Software experience preferred
- LIHTC experience preferred
- Completion of in-house training within first 90 days
- Entrepreneurial Spirit and Pleasant demeanor on the job
- Core job duties: leasing apartments, marketing, site tours, handling calls, data entry, resident relations, renewals, move-in/move-out procedures
- Ability to pre-qualify and verify rental applications per company policies and housing regulations
