Job Summary
Market, show, and lease apartments while serving as the Company's representative to prospective and current residents. Conduct site tours to introduce amenities and vacant units, prepare properties for guest openings, and deliver resident gifts during move-in procedures. Manage day-to-day operations including answering phones, taking work orders, data entry, and hosting community events. Develop marketing campaigns, cold call for leads, and design show units. Prepare lease documents, explain terms, and verify applicants per housing regulations. Renew leases with current residents and negotiate rent increases. Maintain accurate inventory of available units and prospective resident lists.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- Completion of in-house training within the first 90 days of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or Technical School
- Sales and Customer Service
- Property Management Software
- Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience
