Job Summary
Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents, driving the leasing process and closing deals while delivering outstanding service. Manage lease files to maintain accurate records using Yardi software, and update social media to assist with advertising and stay informed about local market trends. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Leasing or real estate experience
- Experience using Yardi or similar property management software
