Job Summary
Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents, driving the leasing process to close deals and deliver outstanding service. Manage lease files and maintain accurate records using Yardi software, while updating social media and assisting with advertising. Stay informed about local market trends to support community growth. This role combines sales, customer service, and marketing at one of our brand new Lease-Up communities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Leasing or real estate experience
- Experience using Yardi or similar property management software
