Required Qualifications
- Handling all leasing activities for a 200 unit complex
- Responding to emails, website inquiries, voicemails, live phone calls, and walk-in prospects
- Full follow up until the prospect becomes a tenant
- Selling prospects on building amenities
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office
- AppFolio knowledge preferred
- One year leasing experience preferred
- Minimum one year in sales
