Job Summary
Lead a maintenance-focused property management team at Renaissance Square; oversee and supervise maintenance operations, manage invoices and budgeting, and ensure regulatory compliance and fair housing across the community. Responsible for move-in, transfer, and recertification paperwork, eviction and lease-violations handling, and coordinating with vendors and contractors. Requires strong supervisory experience, communication, and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in an office-property environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Previous property management experience preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work well with others, good communication skills, good computer skills, ability to multi-task
