Job Summary
Oversee maintenance and leasing operations at a Schenectady, NY community; supervise the maintenance team to ensure completion of inspections, work orders, and preventative maintenance; review invoices and monitor accounts Receivable; help manage the approved budget; handle move-in, transfer, and recertification files; ensure regulatory compliance, fair housing, and reasonable accommodations; execute evictions and lease-enforcement actions; participate in hiring and staff direction; focus on resident retention and positive relations while performing clerical duties and coordinating with vendors.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Previous property management experience preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work well with others, good communication skills, good computer skills, ability to multi-task
