Job Summary
Lead member engagement and events at a WeWork location to deliver an elevated member experience. Responsibilities include managing front desk coverage, move-in/move-out processes, onboarding materials, planning and hosting weekly events, curating programs based on member interests, and supporting Enterprise accounts. Build relationships, understand member needs, coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Events, Operations), and ensure building policies and procedures are followed to create a welcoming, productive community.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of hospitality experience
- Proficient local language and understanding of local culture
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Attention to detail and task management
