Job Summary
Build local partnerships with businesses, wellness groups, and corporate organizations to launch new markets and drive referrals. Execute community activations, pop-ups, and tabling events while creating engaging social media content alongside the marketing team. Support JETSET On The Mat classes, follow up with prospective members for conversion, and deliver an exceptional in-studio experience during shifts. Partner with the General Manager to support studio goals and lead growth post-opening. This role requires flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and events as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, fitness, retail, events, marketing, or community engagement
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for health, wellness, and boutique fitness
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and community events as needed
