Job Summary
Engage daily with the Boltz community across Discord, GitHub, and other channels to support users in getting started and troubleshooting issues. Contribute to open-source models and repositories while creating technical content like guides, notebooks, and demos. Help run community programs, events, and activations to foster a strong, collaborative culture. This outward-facing role involves working closely with the Head of Community & Growth Marketing, product, and research teams to ensure the ecosystem remains engaged and growing. You will turn user feedback into actionable insights for product and growth.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communicator with the ability to engage technical audiences (scientists, developers, ML practitioners)
- Experience working with developer or open-source communities (Discord, Slack, GitHub, forums, etc.)
- Comfortable creating content (tutorials, demos, walkthroughs, posts)
- Empathetic and user-focused — you enjoy helping people solve problems
- Able to operate in fast-moving environments and respond quickly to community needs
Desired Qualifications
- Active users of the Boltz open source models
- Experience as a developer advocate, community manager, or similar role
- Familiarity with tools used in scientific or ML workflows
- Experience contributing to or maintaining open-source projects
- Presence in relevant communities (Twitter/X, GitHub, Discord, etc.)
